The wood industry plays an important part in today’s world economy. The Automatic Tongue and Groove Machine is a computer-controlled machine which cuts cross and other grooves into wood by employing an S-shaped cutter in combination with two circular saws.

Advanced scanners determine the specific depth of the groove and informs the PLC. The PLC controls the cutter and saws to create the perfect groove. All the client needs to do is punch in their desired parameters, and the machine does all the work for them.
