Turnkey Automation Project Solution

The brief. A manufacturer [CONFIRM client name] needed a new automated machine but didn't want to juggle a mechanical shop, a controls house, a panel builder and an integrator — and risk the gaps between them. They wanted a single partner who could take the process from concept to a proven, running line and stand behind the whole thing. That's the core of what Automation Republic does: turnkey delivery with one point of responsibility.

What we did. We ran the project from a blank sheet. Our engineers designed the machine in 3D in-house — mechanics, motion and tooling together — and proved the concept on screen before a single part was cut. Motion was validated as a digital twin, driven live over OPC UA, so the sequence was right before it ever ran steel. We built the control panel in our own in-house panel shop, wrote and simulated the PLC, motion and HMI software, then installed, integrated and commissioned the machine on site with full operator hand-over. The customer received as-built drawings, code and documentation — they own the know-how, not just the hardware.

The platform. We built on B&R — ACOPOS servo motion, X20 I/O and POWERLINK, all engineered in one Automation Studio environment, with OPC UA driving the digital twin. It's a premium, real-time platform for coordinated multi-axis machines. But we're vendor-independent: the same turnkey line can be delivered on Siemens, VEICHI, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Beckhoff, and we integrate best-in-class component partners — Codian Robotics, PROMESS, AFAG, elobau and others — to suit the job rather than a brand agenda.

The result. The customer got a complete, documented, running machine from one partner — designed, built, installed and commissioned by the same team, de-risked by simulation before build, and backed by local and VPN remote support afterwards. One responsibility, one contact, one standard of quality we control from panel to plant floor.

Have a machine or line you need built from scratch? Bring us the concept — we'll design, build, commission and support the whole thing.
