Laser safety enclosures
Paletti’s self-supporting laser enclosures are suitable for applications with high-power lasers up to 8 kW and higher and have a worldwide patented system design. They fulfill the safety and quality requirements per ANSI and EN standards, and are tested and certified according to DIN EN 60825 “Laser equipment” and DIN EN ISO 11553-1:2005 “Laser processing machines”.

The modular structure of our aluminum profiles makes it possible to create protective enclosures of almost any shape and size. Thanks to our patented wall structure and flexible corner system, radii or corners can also be created outside 90°.
Paletti’s standard 40 serioes t-slotted profiles can be easily integrated into our safety enclosures thanks to the common 8mm t-slot in the profiles.
By the way: Our protective enclosures can also configured as soundproof enclosures by adding sound-absorbing panels.

Reaching the goal with a system
Flat Belt Conveyor
Standard profiles Raster 40 from Paletti form the strong frame for our conveyor belts. A choice of laminated wood or metal plate is used as the carrier material for the conveyor belt. The conveyor belts are manufactured according to customer requirements.
Plastic Link Chain Conveyor
Conveyor belts with link chains – also known as modular belts – are used in particular for the transport of unit loads, which sometimes have to go around bends. The basis for this are again standard profiles 40 as well as the proven drive components.

We provide customers with a wide range of fully customizable solutions that are simple to assemble thanks to Paletti’s proven connection and clip technology. Toothed Timing Belt Conveyor
Paletti’s standard Raster 40 profiles form the robust frame of the toothed belt conveyors. Power is transmitted via a gearbox, with the conveyor belt being tensioned by two deflection units.
Roller Conveyor
For driven roller conveyors, Paletti manufactures a special profile consisting of four individual profiles for easy assembly and disassembly. For non-driven roller conveyors, the standard profile is used.
Workstations & Display tables
Because of the great diversity of work processes and changing workspaces, the requirements for assembly and testing workstations or workbenches are complex. We develop the best solution using our modular aluminum profile technology. Individual, ergonomic, or interconnected workstations that are durable and uniquely adapted to you are available. Using our accessories, you can add a variety of alternatives such as worktops, drawers, surface elements, ESD accessories, container holders, workstation lights, power outlets, or media channels to adapt workstations and workplaces to existing and future production processes.
The display table is made of curved aluminum profiles and table profiles with inlaid and polished work surfaces. They are ideally suited as a monitor support or for event displays. Paletti tables can also be made from closed profiles, with additional chrome plating options and glass work surfaces. The open chambers of the table legs allow connection cables to be routed safely and cleanly. The open grooves on the profiles can also be closed by cover profiles.

Precision Engineering
Modular System For Measurement Recording
Is ideal in the application for flexible setups for measurement recordings. These find their application, e.g., in small series, in the analysis or in the prototype construction, with which no series recordings are provided, in addition, in the training and/or in laboratories.
Component Recordings/ Measurement Recordings
The Paletti precision system is designed for modular, flexible setup of measuring fixtures. This concept allows the fixtures to be created in a cost-efficient, reproducible manner, and retooling is also possible, so this additionally conserves resources and increases cost-effectiveness.
Master Buck
When the highest accuracy is required, Paletti’s master blocks are the first choice. Torsionally stiff, highly precise and individually adaptable thanks to a wide range of accessory components. Components from a wide variety of areas can be fixed and joined in this way. Thus, Paletti Meisterböcke are the ideal tool to support your production in the vehicle start-up.
Gauges, Cubes And Analysis Devices
Our standard components form the basis for gauges and analysis devices. These can also be reused several times, so that highly flexible but also cost-effective fixtures can be created by exchanging the test flanges. We can also make conventional gauges in aluminum or plastic according to customer requirements.
Perforated Grid, Sandwich Panels, Base Frame, Swing Frame Systems
Our perforated grid plates or base frame systems are the ideal basis for the flexible construction of measuring fixtures and devices. They are made of aluminum and are available in natural or black anodized.
